Trinity Terminal - Service Issue

Ordering Stationery
You can now order stationery (receipt rolls) directly from your HICAPS Trinity Terminal via the Support button on the screen.

Please exit this form and follow these simple steps on the Trinity Terminal:

  1. Tap Support on the screen
  2. Tap Order Stationery
  3. Tap on Order Roll
  4. Enter your mobile number to track you order or Skip.

Once your order has been confirmed it will be automatically processed. Your requests are generally fulfilled within 5-10 business days.

Add Providers to your Terminal
To add a Provider to an existing HICAPS facility please click here and complete the "Register a new Provider" form.

Adding Providers generally takes between 2 to 3 business days to complete.

To avoid delays, please be sure to provide all required documents and ensure that responses provided match those within your Medicare / Medibank Provider Letter.
