Terminal Battery Replacement

Please complete this form if your trinity terminal is experiencing battery or charging issues. Please note. weekend requests will be processed the following Monday.

Before submitting, please verify the terminal is properly connected to power (look for a white and blue light on the base, near the power cord), and that it is securely docked with no obstructions on the pogo pins. 

Please allow up to six business hours (longer for regional and remote sites) for a technician to attend to replace your terminal or it's battery. In the meantime, you may connect the terminal using a USBC cable directly to the terminal.
